We manufacture more than 400 patented and pharmacopeial  ayurvedic medicines. Our tryst with ‘Ayurveda’ has a long and reputed history dating back to 1927, when our forefather Vaidya Krishna Das Ji Chhaparwal applied his expertise in ayurvedic treatments and became the court physician/Vaidya of the royal Scindia family of Gwalior state in India.

The intricate knowledge of herbal medicines and remedies were inherited by Vaidya Shri Krishna Das Ji Chhaparwal who successfully passed on to his son Dr Ram Krishna Chhaparwal. Dr Chhaparwal, equipped with a degree in modern medicine and a sound knowledge of Ayurveda, laid the inception of Chirayu Pharmaceuticals in 1990 (check), a company focused on producing world class herbal products with well researched and proven scientific effects. Our company then expanded our manufacturing capacity and sales footprint on a pan India basis under the agile leadership of Dr Chhaparwal’s sons- Shri Manmohan Chhaparwal and Shri Jagmohan Chhaparwal.

Over the years, Chirayu has become a popular name in many districts, towns and cities in India. The demand of our products has increased significantly with every passing year showing the faith and confidence of our customers in our wide range of quality products. Our strong network of stockists, growing dealership network and effective marketing strategies have ensured a reliable supply chain, sustained sales growth and a growing market share in India. Chirayu Pharmaceuticals was a part of the official Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) delegation to Central Asia in 2002 and participated in the Dubai ‘Natural Products’ conference in 2003 and 2005. We have also exported our products to Russia, Ukraine, CIS countries and North Africa and are actively working to further develop our export-oriented product portfolio for other countries.

Our production unit is a large, self-sufficient manufacturing campus in the historical city of Gwalior in central India. We have an experienced and highly trained technical and management staff that takes complete responsibility for the manufacturing of ayurvedic medicines and herbal supplements. Through our in-house doctor, research & development and quality control team, we continuously develop new products, catering to the need of our customers in this ever-changing world.  We aim to increase our patented product portfolio and are always striving to improve our manufacturing capability by employing state of the art production technologies.
